Really good breakfast options

Our rooms were good sized and recently refurbished and had central heating, multi-channel television and coffee/tea making facilities. Location in the heart of the city was a plus

Clean, excellent value hotel, the location was ideal and efficient just next door to restaurants, cafes, shops, bus stops, and shops all within walking distance. The stuffs were RESPECTFUL & flexible.

Be sure to ask for an extra Wi-Fi code if you need more than three connections. The staff were very accommodating!

the shower cubical might be a bit small for some people

The staff were very friendly and professional. The location is just excellent for a night out in Limerick and the price and convenience is better than waiting for a taxi at 3am. The breakfast was excellent too....  

Excellent breakfast options set a positive tone.

The noise level was unbearable, especially from the bar below. Music blared until the early hours. We were uncomfortable due to the high temperature in the room, and the lack of fan options made it worse.

The property was in the heart of the city.

I have stayed here a few times, and have sent alot of people too, everytime it is consistently the same... Friendly staff, great value, and spotless clean especially the shower and toilet, which is of great importance. I think I have seen all the different paintings...

there is noise from the street late at night but you can expect this in any city centre

Booked twin room, that included an iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and multi-channel television. It had nice decor. The location was brilliant and handy, within walking distance of a living...  

- Comfortable large bed, tasty Irish breakfast, great Wi-Fi access

- Noise from bar, tricky to find, small shower cubicle

the hotel was very clean, very reasonable and with efficient staff

corridors were dark and hotel furniture pieces, particularly the sanitary ware and saggy mattress and torn sheet, were quite tired and out dated, however still very very clean

The beds are very comfy. It is extreemly close to Thomand Park

Theres a pub across the road and we found it very noisy
